Expired Passwords

I work for an organization that has switched to a different EMR and in the process, all of the users for our previous EMR have allowed their passwords to expire, leaving us without any access to older medical records. We are in need of these records and do not have an administrator who can reset passwords.

I’m using OpenEMR version 4.1.0 with patch 9

oh, the mysql database

We are currently only able to get to the opening screen and are unable to access anything past this.

ok, you’ll need to access the mysql db and run a query or two to reset an admin password
