Is it necessary to use the New and Established patients for Service Encounter/Visits?
No @tjbarr, they’re calendar appointment category templates that can be modified, Admin->Clinic->Calendar->Categories.
How about on the fee sheet? Can I just give each category there own group?
So group = PHP and option = PHP
group = Individual Counseling and option = individual counseling.
I tried this but then I got 2 boxes on the service category fee sheet. I believe we over complicated it by using the service categories. In demo there are no service categories. Do we have to use these for billing or is the fee sheet enough?
I think we duplicated it in the service category list. I think we only need the fee sheet entries.
