Okay so I now get messages back with issues like ~EB*V~MSG*INVALID RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM THE PAYER~
So unknown why this message but I first have to fix my message parser as it no longer works and user will need to figure out if something with their data.
ITE I hope to have a fix later today.

Right. I finally found my archived test messages from 2019 so I can see past responses.
But you’re right and I’ll see what I can come up with however I hoped to not have to mess with the username and password for the v7.0.0 folks.

Okay that’s better. You haven’t install patch 1 but any fix I do you can install coming soon patch 2.

@moussa I have this somewhat working although I don’ know why I am not getting benefits. I have to find out where I dumped transaction log to see if it gives a hint.

Until then I’m emailing two files to install for you to try.
You’ll need to clear Smarty cache after installing and change partner:

I uploaded the two files, made the changes to X12 partners, and cleared the Smarty cache. I no longer getting the error “Nothing returned from X12 Partner.”

I recognized that the eligibility code is different than the claim submission code. When I used CARESOURCE-OH it seems to be working .

Okay so all I’m worried about is the report formatting and need to figure out why I’m not getting a successful result from patient you gave me. It’s most likely because of sending wrong provider.
Does the rest of the dashboard render okay i.e. Portal, Messages etc…?
Check other patients but I think you are fixed up okay so I’m going to get the changes I sent you into next patch.

The Portal and Messages look fine. My issue is that the SFTP password and Eligibility check password are different . Now claim upload is not working.

You need to have a partner set up for each
