# Error Restoring Backup

Hi there my office got robbed and I need to reinstall.&nbsp; I have a backup of the previous installation data.&nbsp; I followed the restore procedure found on the wiki.&nbsp; As soon I replace the files I’m not able to create a new patient and the create patient button is not there.&nbsp; I also not able to create an encounter.

My setup  
Windows 7x64  
XAMP Install 3.2.0 patch 8

Previous setup the same  
Windows 7x64  
XAMP Install 3.2.0 patch 8

Any help would be deeply appreciated since It’s been three days and I’m back to paper.&nbsp;
