Error on hosting

Hi…
I was trying out the godaddy hosting and hosted openemr on a subdomain. The godaddy hosting uses a Linux CPanel. Installation was fine.

I logged in into the EMR and clicked Administration->Globals and it gave me these error rather than the usual global interface.

ERROR: query failed: SELECT * FROM lang_definitions JOIN lang_constants ON lang_definitions.cons_id = lang_constants.cons_id WHERE lang_id=? AND constant_name = ? LIMIT 1

Error: Illegal mix of collations (latin1_bin,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '='

What are these and how to get rid of them?

Hello Roberto

I installed on a subdomain of my website and it worked pretty well. Even i could send the emails and the SMS using cron. I used the linux cpanel of godaddy for this.

As long as you are NOT in the US, you can do what you want. In the US godaddy is not HIPAA compliant.
