Error failed insert into layout_options duplicate entry LBF 0 for key primary

Situation
I am creating a custom layout form, but I cannot insert any new fields in the form anymore, getting a duplicate error which I don’t have any duplicates IDs I’ve tried random ones nothing works I will post the error in here somewhere, any help would be appreciated

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 7.0.0(2)

Browser:
I’m using: chrome , newest

Operating System
I’m using: window 10, but openemr is on a cloud.

Logs
Did you check the logs?
Was there anything pertinent in them?
Please paste them here (surround with three backticks (```) for readability.
You can also turn on User Debugging under Administration->Globals->Logging User Debugging Options=>All ---- i am not sure what i would be looking for in the logs to be honest.

hi @Amrick , you’ll have to delete the bad record in layout_options and then boost a few php settings, see this thread.
