@stephenwaite Hey I was on call with our clearing house Claim MD but we were not able to setup the ERA-EDI for our doctor. I want to know does open EMR has a capability to auto import the ERA’s from clearing house without using a SFTP connection and when we add partners Claim MD and select it while submitting claim, does this claim goes directly to Claim MD clearing house or do we still need to use SFTP connection or submit claims by uploading a file. Simply, we want batch claim submission and ERA import directly/payment posting in patient accounts in Open EMR and is it possible and how. Can you please help, Much appreciated!!
hi @Taimoor_Ahmed, no, there is no auto import feature and it will not send the claim to your clearinghouse
you have to manually push and pull the files
