I’m new to OpenEMR. I’m looking to track patients’ medical equipment and maintenance (e.g., CPAP, oxygen deliveries, etc). I’ve been reading through the manuals and perusing the system itself but found nothing. Can someone point me in the right direction? I’d be most grateful!

Try to take a look at:
Administration => Globals => Features => Make a choice of: Inventory and sell of drug and non/drug products.
This might be a good starting point. From there with some teaks and software adaptations, the repeat for products like you mentioned can be an option.
