When I click on the help link on the EOB posting page I get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: xl() in /var/www/openemr/interface/billing/sl_eob_help.php on line 4
I think it has to do with the language tranlation stuff.

Thanks for noticing this. It looks like several of the language translation changes went in untested, I had fixed some of those earlier.
I just checked in a fix to interface/billing/sl_eob_help.php.
Note to the developers: please don’t check in untested changes!
