On OpenEMR 7.0 Patch 1 hosted in the cloud; where the client uses Windows.
A user has described the following. Does anyone see how this is possible please?
"I was trying to upload documents to a client’s page, however despite the correct client’s name showing up at the top of the screen, the documents have now uploaded to the page of the person whose record i was looking at immediately previously. So the documents i’ve uploaded (thinking they’re going up on to X’s file) have now gone on to another client’s page… i’ve never seen it do that before?
(also this is several minutes after accessing the other client’s file - i hadn’t just jumped from one to the other or anything, as there’s usually a few seconds of lag but nothing like this)"
I checked and they don’t use OpenEMR across multiple browser tabs.
The user separately reported that the Internet was “painfully slow today”.
I see nothing in the Apache error log or in OpenEMR’s System > Logs.
