I have been working on this for quite a while and finally completed a PCLinuxOS version.
Included are working basic installs of OpenEM and Clearhealth.
The disk can be used in live mode or installed to hard drive.I am working on a scaled down
CD version and a autostart windows version using QEMU.
Take a look and let me know opinions and recommendations.

Awhile ago, I contemplated putting demo versions of OpenEMR, FreeMed, Mirrormed, and Vista on a single virtual machine, but then focused on OpenEMR.
If your goal is to show what production ready open source EMR’s are available, then could also put FreeMed in there, and if your really insane could even try to include Vista(I went thru process of installing these a year ago and put installation instructions at): http://bradymd.com/
From an OpenEMR perpective, would be nice if the OpenEMR installation also included FreeB, Sql-ledger, and php-GACL.
Again, very cool, looking forward to see where it goes.
