Is there a way to edit a HCFA form before it is sent to zirmed?

For example the cpt code and an associated modifier are on separate lines on the hcfa sheet when they should be on the same line. (i.e. the gv modifier)

Can the generated hcfa.pdf file be edited/saved then "make electronic batch/clear" for zirmed upload?

Sure, you could edit the generated text file (not the PDF).  Better or course to fix whatever the problem is that caused the format error.
