Edit/enter insurance for new patient hangs

Hello,

I could use some pointers on how to debug an error that appears when I try to edit/add insurance information from the main patient screen. A spinner appears saying Loading and hangs.

openemr 7.0.3

mariadb

Thanks

Debugger console says:

hi @Bob_Egert , if unable to reproduce on one of our demos then might be best to clear the browser cache if you’ve recently upgraded.

Thanks Stephen. It’s happening to different users on different pc so I don’t think it’s a browser issue. I installed oemr some months ago for testing/try it out purposes. I’m thinking the DB is OK as I can query it without problems.

Is there a guide to reinstalling oemr code while keeping the same DB incase it’s just the codebase being wonky?

Thanks again.

What browsers are they using? I see safari in the log, only supported browsers are firefox and chrome.

We are using firefox and chrome. I’m trying to get FIHR working to see if data is intact but that’s another rabbit hole I fear

hi @Bob_Egert, okay, console is stating that it’s failing trying to grab any insurances for the patient which is odd. You could try following the upgrade guide to move the database to a new codebase.

I removed this directory and got things working:

rm -rf /oemr/apis/default/api/patient/4668f8d4-626c-9787-f57a-332b6fdc7a68

I’m not sure how it got there:

Woods testified that she reached for the phone, located on the far side of her desk, while simultaneously hitting the wrong button on her tape recorder and keeping her foot pressed down on the pedal.

Or something like that.

Thanks for the help Stephen.
