Edit an encounter

Is there a way to edit an encounter once its been saved? I entered an encounter with the wrong date and do not see a way to change the date.

Right in the center of the Encounter screen, between the Reason and Issues boxes, is a Date of Service.  You can change that to the correct date, and edit any of the other fields as well.

To get there, you select the patient and then select "Visits" in the tree view, or "Encounters" if you use the traditional Radio Button view (they are each selectable in the …/interface/globals.php file - you must re-login to change), then click on that encounter.  Then click on the blue "Patient Encounter" link to display it.  Hope that solves the issue.
