E-signing and amendment

Usually if you are esigning notes, you enter in an amendment (I have reviewed the blah blah blah and approve the plan…

That is what i’m used to seeing at the end after I have executed the e-sign/amendment function.

However, I am unable to figure out “where” the amendment is applied? I see the E-sign at the bottom of the notes but I don’t see the amendment statement included?

Could someone tell me what I am doing incorrectly?

I am running 7.0.2 (3).

Running on ubuntu server:

I was checking to see if there is any answer. I did notice that this issue I am inquiring about was resolved in a later upgrade/patch in 7.0.3 patch x?

Is the amendment text just not functional in 7.0.2 (3)?
