Duplicate Coding Types on the Medication Forms

Situation
I have been playing around with OpenEMR and ran into this problem of having duplicates of the coding type when in the medication and the allergies sections. 52%20PM
Screenshot attached above for clarification. Any idea whats the causing this issue?

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 5.0.1

thank you @cyril. if you don’t have any duplicate entries then something might have gone awry when you installed rxnorm or nmra which I’m unfamiliar.
