# Does OpenEMR Support Full Hospital Management?

Hello OpenEMR Community,

I’m looking for a hospital management system that covers all major departments, including:

- Reception & Registration
- Outpatient Clinics
- Emergency Department
- Inpatient Wards
- Pharmacy
- Laboratories
- Radiology
- Surgical Operations
- Inventory & Medical Supplies Management
- Billing & Insurance
- HR & Payroll
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Appointments & Scheduling
- Reporting & Data Analytics

Does OpenEMR support all these functionalities, or would it require significant customization? If anyone has experience implementing OpenEMR in a full-scale hospital, I’d appreciate your insights.
