Does anyone know how to setup and use the User Specific Facility Information?

I don’t understand this. I see this is a template that can be created, and I see an option for Facilities in the menu when setting up the template, but when I don’t see a facilities list anywhere in the lists menu. This is aggravating. How can you use Open EMR for a multi-facility practice without the ability to partition the database by specific facilities?

Someone please advise. @brady.miller I could really use some help here.
