I’m using OpenEMR v4.1.2. I prepared some document templates and I’d like to upload them but I can’t because the Document Templates choice is not shown under Miscellaneous tab. Can anybody help me? Thank you.

I nticed that on the version of openemr I installed there is no Documente Template choise under MIscellaneous as mentioned in the Templates for Patient Documents tutorial (http://open-emr.org/wiki/index.php/Templates_for_Patient_Documents), as can be seen in the attached screenshot.
The only modification I made as to change the State to Munisipiu.
Apart from this everything is workng fine.
