I started using the document template viewer a lot more and trying to figure out best compatibility formats for documents to upload for any new facilities. With that we used docx on some of the formats and found that the viewer does not display them but instead just auto downloads them when selected in Miscellaneous / Document Templates. Is there a way to get docx to be viewed or are there other formats other than PDF that will be visible?
Hello @stephenwaite, Thanks that is what I had been using prior but I have one service deployed that has the prior release version in place and even ODT files are not pulling up in the preview for those. Anyone know if that was something that should display as a preview as only PDF files in that one are working for view.
