Resolved. It looks like you were running into a known issue relating to the OpenEMR script negotiating an elliptical curve cipher for SSL connections. I have addressed this on the server side to prevent this condition.

Thanks for fixing the server side issue. Now is testing perfectly (also plays well with couchdb option) and code looks very good. I have committed this to sourceforge; I committed the above commit which is:
