When sending a message to other staff members within “Messages” we are able to select different staff members, therefore I can send the same message to several staff members.
This function would be very helpful in the “Notes” section. I use “Notes” to communicate with my referral department about needed referrals. There is more than one staff member that needs to get that note.

As a quick work-a-round, can’t you use the Messages module to send the ‘referral’ note. The Messages is basically a newer interface for the Notes module. I agree that also need to support this stuff also when clicking on the ‘Add’ in the Patient Notes section. As an asied, what would also be really nice is a way to send notes to groups (ie. pharmacist, RN, etc.). Suggest placing your above request in the ‘Feature Request’ tracker to ensure your request doesn’t get lost.
