Diagnoses made at a visit

Shouldn’t there be a place where we can see what diagnoses were made at the selected visit? Maybe on the Patient Encounter screen, below “Reason:” and “Facility:”? Somewhere else?

I know we can go to the issues, but then we have to dig deeper to find out at which encounter a particular issue was diagnosed/associated.

Sorry. Please disregard this. I didn’t realize that this information appears on the bottom half of the screen because I had the bottom display unchecked.
