Situation
Hello

Hi, I have two problems, can you help me?

1. I want to create a new selection list in the demographic data section,
   but as seen in the image it is only possible to delete or select the user lists.

is there any way to create a new selection in this list?

2. I create a new list whit the user defined list, and in the data type i select the lis box w/add
   but when adding the data in the box I see an option that I don’t want to appear: “sample” (seen in the image)
   is it possible to delete it?
   Or if I want to remove an option that I add, how can I do it?

Was there anything pertinent in them?

1. Remove/empty the item fields in the list then save.
2. Remove from the appropriate list.

@Alzjaimer, It is better to use your own field rather than “User defined …” that is more meaningful to you as field name as well as the column lavbel. Those 20 odd fields clutter the standard release probably as a legacy of times when you could not add new fields in the layouts for patient table. Someone needs to drop those at least from new installations as they increase the size of the record without adding any value!
