On the Demographics pages, how do I set which categories (Who, Contact, Insurance, etc) are opened by default. Currently only Who is open and the others have to be checked to open but I would like for Contact and Insurance to also be defaulted to open. Also, where can I change the layout so that Insurance comes after Contact instead of at the bottom?
hi @MFCmanager, the demographics pages are manipulated under Admin->Layouts->Demographics you can move the groups up and down always best to backup your system before you make changes here
the app will remember which categories were left open from the previous use
the categories for the main layout are hard coded
