Our local Medicare carrier won’t accept paper claims with the name & address in the top right corner of the CMS 1500. They need the space for their own use. Deleting the name & address in “Insurance Companies” causes more trouble, not of help. Changing to “unassigned” in the patient summary is inefficient plus the ID number is lost. Any solution not requiring programming?
