Deleting an "in Office" event for a provider

Tearing my hair out over something that must be very simple, but which I can not see:
I added the schedule for a provider just as in the manual and videos, but made a mistake - made him work even on the weekend. So I wanted to delete all that and start over. I had no problems deleting the lunch break event and the “Out Office” events but can’t delete the “In Office” event. When I try to select the event, I get the dialog to add a patient event - no way I could find to select this event to change (and thus delete) this event.
Please help.

Hello Merlin,

For any event that is created for a provider, “double-click” on the particular provider event found displayed on the calendar section. This will provide a edit dialog box with the provider tab selected and click on ‘Delete’ button to delete the currently selected provider event.

If still cant resolve the problem, please give the scenario where the problem is reproduced.

Thank you for the answer, and I tried, but, at least for me, it seems to behave differently (I attach an image to explain):
When I move the cursor over the IN event the ‘IN’ disappears and shows the date under it so that a patient visit can be scheduled at that time. In the screen capture I attach the cursor was hovering over the IN - but it disappeared and showed the time 9:00, so there is no IN anymore to double click on. Other events like LUNCH or OUT can be double clicked and deleted, just not the IN.
I am baffled…

Never mind - I found the solution - I have to go to the Day view, then I see the time AND the ‘In’ :slight_smile:
