Delete Patient not working

Enabled allow administrators to Delete patient in Globals.
Logged off and on. Located duplicate record and delete.
Yes to Delete and Log.
Popup states Delete Successful.
White box is displayed
Patient is not deleted.
Tested on my local install and on Demo. Same result.

there’s an extra dbl quote right after the patient =
