Date of encounter vs input date

Is there a way to match the date that the service encounter was actually input to the date that was input as the service date. For instance, I have an encounter that occurred on April 15 but I didn’t actually add the encounter to the database till April 20th but the encounter date I input is April 15.

Could I match it to log?

good call @tjbarr, pretty sure would have to add a new date field to form_encounter
