Thank you for your quick response.

I would like to customize as below:

  • Customize the rule for copay percentage depend on Insurance card number.
    For example, my patient have Insurance card number DN7294541471747, which the third letter indicate how many percent the insurance company will pay for patient ( letter “7” : 80%, “1” : 100% … ) and some rules such as if total fee <= limit fee -> the insuarance company pay 100%…
  • Apply insurance rule for all item in Fee sheet module so that users don’t need to input copay number manuallly for each item.
  • Modify report to suitable with insurance company’s report template.

As per our analysis, it seems all the customizations you have posted cannot be done with existing configurations that is already available in OpenEMR and need code wise changes with demographics, feesheet, reports and insurance configurations under Admin to get this done…
