Customization of Facility Addition screen

In the OpenEMR 5.0.1 version, is there any way to customize the facility addition screen - by means of removing some of the fields and changing the names of some other fields. Is this configurable through the Admin UI interface?

I find that the corresponding file in the backend is at interface/usergroup/facilities_add.php file.

This is the same answer as before. Yes, you can change anything about the form you want to add or remove.
