Creating invoices that include signatures on the receipts for the patients

Situation
We would like to include signatures on invoice receipts

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 4.1.1

Browser:
I’m using: Google Chrome

Operating System
I’m using: Windows 8.1

No we haven’t been able to do this but would like to start if it is possible. We just don’t know how to accomplish this.
