I have a new install of openemr and if I click on documents or RX after selecting a patient, it just kicks me back to the login screen. This install has no real data, so please feel free to check it out

Odd behavior. Seems like anything that goes through the controller.php script is getting booted to the login screen. Some questions:
1) What modifications have you made?
2) What’s your operating system?
3) What’s your php version?
4) Also look through and consider pasting your php log file here.

I have changed the logo (dont see how that would effect things)

Please post the error messages appeared in the Web server log file when you access “Rx” after selecting a patient. If you are using apache, please refer to the corresponding httpd.conf or apache.conf to identify the location of the log file.
