CPT4 codes where stored?

I do find links in the Demo versions v.1.1 and V.1.3 to CPT4 code. Can’t find where these codes are stored, but somewhere in my search I can see it is used for billing, could it be hard coded?

The CPT4 codes that you see on a clean install come from the “fee_sheet_options” table.
More detailed/updated codes frequently get loaded into the codes table as a “customization”.
