I’ve downloaded from HHS and ran
./load_doc_fees.plx < PFALL06A.TXT

There are quarterly updates on the HHS site
i.e. rvu06A, rvu06B, rvu06C, and rvu06D

can these also be inserted into codes table using the load_doc_fees.plx script?

I think so, at least that used to be the case.  Check the files to make sure they appear to be in the same format.
