Hi All,
can some one tell me about CPT code,that i want to match with my ICD code,ofcourse i have seen it will appear in feesheet with newpatient,breif,comprehensive when selected,…but i need in a different way that i want to add CPT Code to the chosen ICD code…I need to list all the CPT codes and then chose particular CPT to my ICD code…and pls tell me any difference between CPT4 and CPT?

CPT’s are procedure codes, while ICD’s are diagnosis codes. Both are required to bill for services in the U.S.

A user can have a collection of ICD’s selected for a single CPT, but not vice versa. See attachment.
