I just customized the ROS form as an “Assessment Plan” particular to my practice. The reason for the plan is to initially document the tests I would like to administer over several appointments and then update that plan to indicate tests completed after each appointment.
I’m wondering, is there a way to copy data from the previous encounter’s assessment plan note (aka ROS note) and then update the data?
If not, then I welcome some architectural/structural thoughts on how to make it happen from folks who have a good understanding of the ROS form
