Copay not Authorized

I have an installation of OpenEMR 2.8.2 running on Gentoo that has an problem when a particular user logs in.

I have 4 users that enter encounters and charges.  They are all setup the same and are in of the same phpgacl group.  Three users can enter a copay amount and move to the next encounter form.  One of the users when they enter a copay must go to the fee sheet again and check the auth box following the copay amount.  If an encounter did not have a copay one was not entered but a copay of zero is automatically added and must be manually removed before it will show up in billing screen.

The problem only affects one user login account.  Other then the spelling of the name appears to be the same as the others accounts.

Does anyone know what could be causing this odd behavior on this account?

Once on site we quickly figured it out.  The site admin forgot to set the See Authorizations from None to All when the account was created.  Odd that they could still authorize charges when they were set to none.  A minor bug we will look at correcting.
