Is there an option where i can setup for clinicians to only be able to see patients that are assigned to them?

Currently clinicians can able to view all the patients. Customization can be done to implement this feature.

I think you can do it if you go into the users and assign the clinician both clinician and physician Access control then when you set the Only Mine, they will only see patients they are assigned as you want.
To assign multiple roles, just hold the control key and select clinician and physician.
