Contribute PHP Code to OpenEMR

Hi, After installing the OpenEMR7.0.0 Linux version, We made some improvements to the application using Php and we have a GitHub repository with all the updates. So, we would like to contribute this improvement to OpenEMR. How can we do this? Can you please help?
