Connecting the default x12 partner to the billing manager

There seems to be a disconnect in the system between marking the default x12 partner in the Insurance Company page and that selection makings its way into the billing manager.

The second box is unbilled and should populate with the default x12 partner for the insurance company chosen when the page loads. But it does not. Am I missing something?

Updating to patch 6 fixes this issue.
