Code Types of Allergy, Medication, Surgery and Dental

I would like to know if the types Allergy, Medicaton, Surgery and Dental have the same code type? the “ICD 9” code as like the category of problem? Because I have done some changes in the add_edit_issue.php and in the category of type except of the problem it shows radio buttons for these types.

These Issues are all associated with Diagnoses.

Prior to October 1, 2014, ICD-9 codes can be used. The Code Type for ICD-9 is 2 (ct_id).

After that date, ICD-10 codes must be used, provided the practice is in the U.S. That Code Type is 102.
