**Situation**  
I am attempting to deploy OpenEMR Cloud Standard Edition in AWS using the most recent cloudformation template from [OpenEMR\_Downloads](https://www.open-emr.org/wiki/index.php/OpenEMR_Downloads)

I am attempting to deploy using the AWS Console by manually uploading the cloudformation template.

From cloudformation Events - Root cause: `Received FAILURE signal with UniqueId i-0142aef03e04d0a01` during attempted deploy of `WebserverInstance`

I have attached the i-0142aef03e04d0a01 EC2 logs in addition to the exact cloudformation template I am using.

Any ideas?
