then can’t you pull it from the facility. That is where it is stored, if I remember correctly the hcfa programs use to get it from there if it was needed.
In the most resent code base, I have done that I replaced the $claim->priorauth() with $claim->cliaCode() for box 23 in the gen_hcfa file.
