Hi,

Found some pretty cool Chinese OpenEMR videos here (not sure if demos or tutorials).

Not sure if it’s just me, but just very cool to see OpenEMR in Chinese (even though I have no clue what the narrator is saying).

wow,
I just looked at the web address on the demos and realized they were all done from the OpenEMR Demo. Even cooler.

These are definitively good explaining videos! Nice thing is that it is easier to see what still need to be translated than the Dummy language.

Password for new USERS is a good example.

And something never thought of in translation tables is to translate the amounts of money in a different language might need to be translated to make OpenEMR even more international.

I was looking for the translation bar in YouTube, but can’t find it. may be it is only in Google browser. (I used Firefox)

Facebook listing.

Not mainland, because traditional Chinese used; so perhaps Taiwan.

First video, “醫生-新增病人”, “Doctors - New Patients”, from 2107 Demo with Phil Belford & Susan Underwood as patients. New patient created, Miss Wang Yuren, remains in Roman script.

I understand it’s much easier to type on the QWERTY keyboard using Pinyin than to slog through one with Chinese characters.

It’s ok, Brady. Lots of folks don’t speak that Northern dialect.

There are more people speaking English in China, than in the rest of the world. There are also less people in the rest of the worls speaking Traditional or Mandarin Chinese than in China.

So Brady, in speaking terms you and I are in the minority… ;-))

Abigail Washburn (Mrs. Bela Fleck) knows the dialect.

Perhaps one day Juno may as well.

Actually heard her on “eTown” speaking the lingo a few years back.

Tones were not perfect; but thoroughly charming, nonetheless.

Ms. Yellow’s 18 video tutorials have been embedded in the Wiki under “Videos & Animations”.

She was one busy beaver.
