Check that mysql is running

when i installed openemr the first time there was a problem,but after the second day openemr i can’t open anymore and it appears “check that mysqld is running”

Check MySQL configuration to resolve the “Check that Mysqld is running” message in OpenEMR instance.
Ensure the configurations specified in the file are “sites/default/sqlconf.php” are correct.
Also verify Mysql service is up on running using the command “service mysql status”

If it’s a windows install with xampp, use the xampp control panel and make sure MySQL is running.
