how can activate Billing(more) option only for some authorized user in charges panel.Because the peoples may delete the code and copay amount from there and then we cant find out who paid the amount and who collected that.i meant the people whose not authorized can enter the code and copay amount and print out the receipt but they will not cancel or delete the code.it can only for authorized people…??

For the Fee Sheet section, currently OpenEMR does not support controlling the add and delete functions with different access, code customization is necessary to achieve your requirement.
