Changes to the 837 file

I need to change the current electronic x-12 837 file to say NONE in box 11 like the printed 1500 does for Railroad medicare.

Any help would be appreciated

Crosswalk from paper to 837P, which seems to point to the vicinity of Line 795 of openemr/library/gen_x12_837.inc.php.
