Change LBF Forms Categories

When creating LBF forms, when I add category, in visits, they do not appear in the corresponding categories, but appear in Layout Based.
How can I change it to another category.

Hi @luisuriarte

When a new LBF form is created it will be under the Layout Based tab and there is no manual option available to move it to another category.
It needs some code customization to move the newly created LBF form into another category.

You can make the changes in the following file :
interface/patient_file/encounter/forms.php
