Hello World,
Here is a site which helps get backers to fund projects. Here is the link to an open source application which was fully funded by backers at this site. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/196017994/diaspora-the-personally-controlled-do-it-all-distr?pos=15&ref=recommended
Might help, shouldn’t hurt.
Thanks

Hello
Weno Healthcare is applying to become an ONC-ATCB
http://www.emrandehr.com/2010/08/31/ehr-certification-bodies-weno-healthcare-to-enter-the-fray/
And they currently offer OpenEMR as a SaaS solution to their clients.
https://www.wenohealthcare.com/
And (as referenced by this posting) are developing solutions for OpenEMR.
https://sourceforge.net/projects/openemr/forums/forum/202504/topic/3705460?message=8384724
I think this should add up to something good.
Thanks

To add to this thread, we just finished the first phase of development to send new Rx through the Weno system. We went live today for new Rx.
We will be posting the code for review and inclusion into the code base by next week.

The Weno integration project that is being funded by Dr. Peyton Thompson, Fallen Tree Corp. Cameron TX.
The project has spawn the Drug-Drug interaction checker that has been donated to the community by www.openmedpractice.com and Dr. Thompson.
The feature is still awaiting review and the hopes are that it is included in the 5.0 release of OpenEMR.
